๐ ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is an essential part of a student's academic progress, discipline, and overall development.
Attendance Requirements
Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible to appear for examinations, subject to applicable examination rules.
Students with attendance below the prescribed requirement may be ineligible to appear for examinations or receive academic recognition, as per the applicable rules.
All students are expected to attend school on the first working day after every vacation and remain present until the school closes for the vacation.
In case of absence due to illness, the student must submit an appropriate medical certificate to the school before resuming classes.
A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease may be required to submit a fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner before joining classes.
๐ฉบ Health & Quarantine Guidelines
Students suffering from certain infectious diseases should follow the appropriate medical advice and prescribed period of isolation before returning to school.

๐ ABSENCE & WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
Informing the School
If a student is absent from school, the parent/guardian should inform the school authorities, preferably the concerned class teacher, in writing.
Prolonged or Unexplained Absence
Repeated absence without prior permission or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive working days may result in appropriate action as per school rules, including removal of the student's name from the school roll, where applicable.
Parents/guardians are therefore requested to ensure that students attend school regularly and that all absences are properly communicated to the school.
